I am NOT obsessed!If you’re having trouble with your chocolate habit, this British therapist has a cure.  I present this information as a public service announcement for those who think they might have a problem, not really believing that chocolate falls into the category of “too much of a good thing”.

The article also supplies a clear definition for determining whether you’re a chocolate addict: 1) strong daily cravings and 2) eating more than 12 bars a week.  Are you courageous enough to make that self evaluation?
